Beyond our core expertise in Bespoke Nail Art, Zeni provides a holistic beauty experience, including Intensive Callus Removal (Heel Care), Therapeutic Head Spas, and relaxing Neck & Shoulder massages. We aim to be your “all-in-one” sanctuary for relaxation.
2. Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
To ensure we can provide you with our undivided attention and minimize your waiting time, we highly recommend booking in advance. However, walk-ins are always welcome, and we will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible.
3. How do you ensure the hygiene of your tools?
Your health is our top priority. At Zeni, 100% of our metal tools undergo a 3-step sterilization process: soaking in medical-grade disinfectant, sterilized in high-temperature/UV cabinets, and sealed in individual sterile pouches for every client.
4. Do you offer a warranty on Gel manicures?
We stand behind the quality of our work. Zeni offers a 7-day service warranty for any technical issues or premature lifting. Simply visit us within a week, and we will fix it for you free of charge.
5. What brands of nail polish do you use?
We exclusively use premium, authentic gel brands (such as OPI, Very Good Nail, and high-end Korean/Japanese imports). These products ensure vibrant, long-lasting colors while protecting your natural nails from damage or yellowing.
6. Can I bring my own design inspiration?
Absolutely! Our skilled technicians love getting creative. Feel free to show us any reference photos, and we will consult with you on how to adapt the design to perfectly suit your nail shape and skin tone.
