This Privacy Policy explains how Zeni Nail Spa handles personal information when you visit zeninailspa.com, contact us or request an appointment.
1. Who we are
Zeni Nail Spa is operated by CÔNG TY TNHH TMDV ZENI NAIL SPA. Our salon is at 52 Calmette, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@zeninailspa.com or call +84 899 221 077.
2. Information you provide
When you book or contact us, we may collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, preferred appointment date and time, selected services, number of guests, messages and nail design reference images you choose to upload. Please provide only information needed for your appointment. Avoid sending identity documents, payment card details or sensitive health information through the website.
If you leave a website comment, WordPress collects the information entered in the comment form and may record your IP address and browser details to help detect spam.
3. How we use information
- Respond to enquiries and arrange, confirm or change appointments.
- Prepare the services and design preferences you request.
- Provide customer support and keep necessary business records.
- Maintain website security, prevent spam and understand website usage.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.
A booking enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to promotional messages. If we request permission for marketing, you can decline or withdraw it by contacting us.
4. Who may receive information
Information may be accessed by salon staff and service providers who help operate our website, hosting, email and booking communications, as needed for those tasks. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights and safety.
When you choose WhatsApp, social media, Google Maps or an external booking service, that provider processes information under its own privacy policy. Information may be processed outside Vietnam depending on the provider you use.
5. Cookies, analytics and embedded content
The website uses WordPress and may use cookies for essential functions, preferences, security and comments. It also includes Google Tag Manager and embedded Google Maps. Tags and third-party content may collect technical information such as IP address, browser, device and interactions; the exact collection depends on the features and tags enabled.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or third-party content may affect some website features. Learn more from Google’s Privacy Policy and WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.
6. Design references and photographs
Uploaded design references are used to discuss and prepare your requested service. Please upload images you are entitled to share. Permission to use customer photographs for publicity should be requested separately; submitting a booking or design reference is not permission to publish it.
7. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, necessary business records and applicable legal requirements. You can contact us to request deletion of information that is no longer needed. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people who need it, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw permission where processing depends on your consent. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained for legal or recordkeeping reasons; we will explain any relevant limitation.
9. Children
The website is intended for people arranging salon services. A parent or guardian should arrange bookings for children and contact us if a child has submitted personal information without their involvement.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The current version and update date will appear on this page. For questions, contact hello@zeninailspa.com, +84 899 221 077, or visit 52 Calmette, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
